- Loan Fee: 1.25% to 2.00%
- Application Fee: $650
- Fast Track Application Fee: $1,250

- Loan amounts from 50% to 75% of the purchase price subject to a review of the land and income production from the land (if applicable). Cross collateralization allowed on other properties, if needed, for maximum or greater loan amounts.

- Fast pre-qualification, typically within 3 – 5 business days, closing typically within 30 days (fast track closings in 14 +/- days available if certain criteria is met)
- Interest only payments

- Loans are available to Borrowers with excellent to less than perfect credit (subject to underwriting)
- Agricultural zoned land
- Limited income documentation available to 40% loan to value or less

Is farm income considered during underwriting?
Yes. Normandy’s agriculture property financing review takes into account income production from the land where applicable — this can support higher loan-to-value ratios up to 75%.
Can I get an ag land loan with less than perfect credit?
Yes. Loans are available to borrowers with excellent to less than perfect credit. No minimum FICO is required. The full borrower profile is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a minimum or maximum acreage?
No minimum and no maximum. Normandy’s rural land loan program is available for small parcels and large agricultural properties alike.
Can I refinance existing farm land debt?
Yes. The program covers both purchases and refinances of existing farm purchase loan debt on AG-zoned properties.
