Normandy takes pride in providing a high level of service to our approved Brokers. We conduct business in an honest and professional manner. We expect our approved Brokers will always provide accurate information and operate based on this same code of conduct.

Our primary focus is to provide you and your Borrower superior service throughout the loan process. By providing this level of service, you will receive more referral business from customers and generate a higher future income.


For a pre-approval, please click on the appropriate loan program and then click on the loan submission box. Once you have fully completed the loan submission form, 1003 application, and obtained a tri-merge credit report for all Borrowers, you can fax these forms to (585) 256-2836, email to info@normandy.com or mail to the address below.

Complete Application:

To submit a full application package, please click on the appropriate loan program for a detailed list of documents that will be required for loan approval. For any needed forms, please click on the forms icon. Full loan packages can only be sent by email, overnight, or USPS mail. Smaller packages under 25 pages only may be sent via fax.

Broker Compensation:

Normandy has an established policy that addresses both Borrower paid and Lender paid compensation options. More detail can be found on the Normandy Broker Compensation Agreement in the Broker Center. Additionally, the maximum Broker compensation that a Broker may receive on any one loan is specific to the loan scenario, which is listed on each individual Loan Submission Form.

Normandy will not accept co-brokered deals from two or more different brokering companies.

Loans are logged in according to the time they are received in our underwriting department. Loans are worked on a first-come, first-serve basis. If multiple brokering companies are sending the same file to Normandy, Normandy will honor the submission that was received first via fax, email, or overnight package.
