Normandy reserves the right to decline to process any payment for any reason, at it’s sole discretion. Should Normandy decline to accept payment made via this website, you will be notified with the reason why processing was declined. Notification will be sent to you at the mailing address associated with your account the following business day.

Subject to the above, payments made prior to 5 p.m. EST on any business day will post to your account on the same business day. Payments made after 5 p.m. EST will post to your account on the next business day. There is no fee for this service.
